Terms of Use

These are the terms for using EditXo, the photo editor you’re on right now. By using it, you’re agreeing to them. If any of this doesn’t sit right with you, that’s completely fine; please just don’t use the app.

1. About the service

EditXo is a free photo editor that runs in your browser, and all of your editing happens on your own device. We offer it as it is and as it’s available, and we may add, change or retire features over time as the app grows.

2. Your content stays yours

The photos you edit belong to you, and they stay that way. Because everything happens locally in your browser, we never receive your images and we don’t claim any rights over them. You are responsible for making sure you actually have the right to edit and use any picture you bring into EditXo.

3. Fair use

A few simple things we ask of everyone:

• Please don’t use EditXo for anything unlawful, or to edit content you have no right to use.
• Please don’t try to break, abuse or tamper with the app or the systems behind it.
• Please don’t use the contact or feedback forms to send spam or harmful content.

4. No warranty

We offer EditXo without any guarantees. We can’t promise it will always work perfectly, be free of bugs, or give you exactly the result you had in mind. Because of that, please keep your own copy of anything important before you start editing it.

5. Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, EditXo won’t be responsible for indirect or flow-on losses, or for any lost images or data, that come from using the app. Nothing here takes away rights you have under laws that cannot be signed away, including the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Updates to these terms

We may revise these terms now and then. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
