Crop, rotate and straighten photos
Use the Crop tool from the left toolbar to frame your shot, straighten a tilted horizon, rotate in 90 degree steps or flip horizontally and vertically. It is instant and runs locally.
How to use it
- Open the editor and add your photo.
- Press C or click the Crop tool in the left toolbar, then drag the handles and click Apply Crop.
- Use Rotate L, Rotate R, Flip H and Flip V from the toolbar, or the Straighten slider under Adjust.
- Export the result.

Are my photos uploaded to a server?
No. EditXo runs entirely inside your browser using your own device. Your images are never uploaded, transmitted or stored by us, so there is nothing for anyone to intercept or leak.
Can I crop to a fixed ratio for Instagram?
Freeform crop is available now. Fixed aspect ratio presets are planned. For an exact size, crop roughly, then use Resize to set the final dimensions.
Is EditXo free? Do I need an account?
EditXo is free to use and there is no account to create. Open the editor, drop in a photo and start editing.
